Notice of Public Hearing
Department of Environmental Protection

This mailing is to advise the public that public hearings have been scheduled
for (1) Old Standard LLC, 120 Industrial Boulevard, Kearneysville, WV  25430
for its NPDES permit; and (2) City of Charles Town, P. O. Box 359, Charles
Town, WV 25414 for its NPDES permit modification.  Both are located in
Jefferson County.

NPDES Permit Number: (1) WV0105724; (2) WV0022349

The public hearings will be held (1) Old Standard - 4 to 6 p.m. on Monday,
January 10, 2005 at Charles Town Library Meeting Room, 200 East Washington
Street, side entrance on Samuel Street, Charles Town; and (2) 7 to 9 p.m. on
Monday, January 10, 2005 at the Charles Town City Hall, 101 East Washington
Street, Charles Town.  Oral and written comments will be accepted at the
hearings, and after the hearings the comment periods will be extended to
January 20, 2005.

Please fax, mail or e-mail any comments on the draft permits to the address
below, postmarked beginning January 10 through January 20, 2005.
